Sushila Didi
Sushila Mohan popularly known as Sushila Didi, (5 March 1905 – 13 January 1963) was a major figure in India's revolutionary freedom struggle movement. Early life She was born to an army doctor in the Punjab province of colonial India and did her studies from the Arya women's college in Jalandhar. She was known for writing nationalist poems and started participating in nationalist politics during her college life. History When Sushila Didi was a college student, the execution by hanging of Indian freedom fighters raised nationalism in her. In 1926, she joined the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association to contribute to India's freedom fight. When Bhagat Singh and Batukeshwar Dutt were caught after throwing a bomb on the assembly, Sushila didi and Durga Bhabhi together helped the other revolutionaries to escape. Sushil Koirala
Sushil Prasad Koirala (; 12 August 1931 – 9 February 2016) was a Nepalese politician and the Prime Minister of Nepal from 11 February 2014 to 10 October 2015. He was also President of the Nepali Congress from 2010 to 2016, having earlier served in various capacities in the party. Early life Koirala was born to Bodh Prasad and Kumudini Koirala on 12 August 1939 in Biratnagar, the second-largest city of Nepal. Sushila Koirala
Sushila Koirala (; 1923 – 13 July 2007) was a Nepalese classical dancer and theater director. She was the spouse of B. P. Koirala, the first democratically elected prime minister of Nepal. She was known for her contribution towards Nepali art, theatre, and girls’ empowerment; and for backstopping in democratic activities during the critical and raw era of social change and politics in Nepal. Personal life Sushila Koirala was born in 1923 in Kapilvastu in Lumbini, Nepal. She married B. P. Koirala in 1936 and went to Biratnagar. She attended and completed school level education there in Biratngar. Later she studied at Banaras Hindu University in Banaras in India. Sushil Kohli
Sushil Kohli {born 19 April 1953) is an Indian swimmer and water polo player. His father was the late Sh Mulkh Raj Kohli, who along with his brother late Sh Deshraj Kohli started the company Beat All Sports commonly known as BAS. He received a bronze medal at the 1982 Asian Games in New Delhi. Career In 1980, when the first Asian Swimming Championships was held at Dhaka, he was the captain of the Indian team and won two silver medals. After his retirement from professional swimming, he started coaching youngsters in swimming and water polo, and later became general secretary of District Swimming Association of Jalandhar. Sushila Kerketta
Sushila Kerketta (27 April 1939 – 19 October 2009) was a member of the Bihar Vidhan Sabha from 1985 to 2000 and also in Lok sabha from Khunti. She held several important portfolios in the Bihar government. She was minister of state for irrigation (independent charge) from 1985 to 1988. She was promoted to cabinet rank in 1989 and headed mines and geology and the food and civil supplies departments. She represented the Khunti constituency of Jharkhand and was a member of the Indian National Congress. She was also a lecturer in the Birsa College, Khunti and later went on to become its principal. Sushila Karki
Sushila Karki () (born 7 June 1952 in Biratnagar) is a Nepalese jurist. She is the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal and the only woman to have held the post. Karki became Chief Justice on 11 July 2016. The Constitutional Council headed by the Prime Minister KP Oli recommended her for the post. On 30 April 2017, an impeachment motion was submitted in the Parliament against Karki, by Maoist Centre and Nepali Congress.
