Susan Bluestein (born May 27, 1946) is an American casting director and the widow of actor Brad Davis (actor), Brad Davis. Biography Born in Manhattan and raised in Queens, New York, Bluestein has spent much of her career casting television movies, including ''Jean Harris, The People vs. Jean Harris'', ''A Piano for Mrs. Cimino'', ''Casualties of Love: The "Long Island Lolita" Story'', and ''Oldest Living Confederate Widow Tells All''. She cast multiple episodes of the series ''Punky Brewster'', ''Providence (American TV series), Providence'' and ''JAG (TV series), JAG'' and has cast every episode of ''NCIS (TV series), NCIS'' and ''NCIS: Los Angeles'' since their premieres. Bluestein's casting credits for feature films include ''Crimes of the Heart (film), Crimes of the Heart'', ''Who's Harry Crumb?'', and ''Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey''. ''The Learning Curve'' is a 2001 American thriller film about two Los Angeles nightclub scenesters who team up as con artists. It explores themes of ruthless ambition and its consequences. The Casting Society, formerly known as the Casting Society of America (CSA), is a professional association of about 1,200 casting directors and associate casting directors for film, television, theatre, and commercials in Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa, and the United States.
