Sunder Lal Kaka
Sunder Lal (22 August 1933 – 13 September 2024), better known as Sunder Lal Kaka, was a veteran Indian politician. He served as Minister in Government of Rajasthan in Bhairon Singh ministry as Independent charge. He was elected to the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly for seven terms in a career spanning over six decades. He was also a popular dalit face in Shekhawati. He was a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party since 2003 after resigning Indian National Congress. Early life and education Sunder Lal was born on 22 August 1933 in Kalwa Village, Buhana tehsil of Jhunjhunu district in the State of Rajasthan. He did primary education and his family belong to agriculture background. Bharatiya Janata Party

2018 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Election
Legislative Assembly elections were held in the Indian state of Rajasthan on 7 December 2018. The Indian National Congress became the single largest party with 100 seats, short of the majority by 1 seat. The Bharatiya Janata Party won 73 seats, much lower compared to the previous election, in which it won an absolute majority of 163 seats. The Indian National Congress formed the government with the Bahujan Samaj Party. Background The tenure of the Rajasthan Assembly ended on 20 January 2019. The main political contenders are the Bharatiya Janta Party, BJP, Indian National Congress, INC, Bahujan Samaj Party, BSP and the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party, RLP.
