Sunday Sadness
''Sunday Sadness'' is the third studio album by Australian alternative pop singer-songwriter Amy Shark. It was released on 9 August 2024 through Sony Music Australia. The album was announced on 26 April 2024, alongside the release of the third single "Loving Me Lover". The album will be supported with the Sadness Tour across Australia and New Zealand in October and November 2024. At the 2024 ARIA Music Awards, the album was nominated for Album of the Year, Best Pop Release and for Shark, Best Solo Artist. The album was shorted listed for Best LP/EP at the 2025 Rolling Stone Australia Awards. Amy Louise Billings (born 14 May 1986), known professionally as Amy Shark, is an Australian indie pop singer-songwriter-guitarist and producer from the Gold Coast, Queensland. During 2008 to 2012, her early solo material was released and performed under the name Amy Cushway. Her 2016 single "Adore (Amy Shark song), Adore" peaked at number 3 on the ARIA Charts, ARIA Singles Chart and was also listed at number 2 on the Triple J Hottest 100, 2016. Leon Zervos
Leon Zervos is a mastering engineer who has worked with artists including Pink, Rihanna, Maroon 5, Beastie Boys, and Willie Nelson. Life and career Leon Zervos began his mastering career in 1982 at the then EMI Studios 301 in Sydney, where he worked with the likes of INXS, Crowded House, and Midnight Oil. Moving to New York City in 1992, he worked mastering for Absolute Audio for six years, before taking on the role of Senior mastering engineer at Masterdisk in 1993, where he added artists such as Aerosmith, Mobb Deep, Maroon 5, Avril Lavigne, Gavin DeGraw, Duran Duran, Ben Folds and NSYNC to his mastering portfolio, with some of the music he mastered going on to win GRAMMY Awards.
