Sun Yuen Long Centre () is a private housing estates, private housing estate and shopping centres, shopping centre in Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong, above Light Rail (MTR), Light Rail Yuen Long stop and next to MTR West Rail line Yuen Long station. It consists of five 31-floor high-rise buildings developed in 1993 by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (now MTR Corporation). Shopping mall In December 2011, Sun Yuen Long Centre Shopping Centre began an extensive interior renovation. Starting on 1 September 2015, it became Yoho Mall II () when at the same time opened a new shopping mall on the opposite called YOHO MALL I along Castle Peak Road (Yuen Long). YOHO Mall is a shopping centre in Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Light Rail Yuen Long stop and MTR Yuen Long station. It is part of Sun Hung Kai Properties's " Yoho" housing development. History The YOHO Midtown mall was finished in October 2010. It was planned to be opened in 2013. However, after the completion of the second phase of YOHO, the developers hope to enhance the attractiveness of the shopping malls through the renovation of the nearby Sun Yuen Long Centre. According to the Rating and Valuation Department, this will attract several extra hundred million dollars of revenue in terms of rent.
