Sun City Texas is a age-restricted community located in Georgetown, Texas, a city 35 miles north of Austin, Texas, Austin off Interstate 35 in Texas, Interstate 35. Del Webb, a publicly traded company when Sun City Texas was originally conceived and through the first several years of homebuilding, was later sold to PulteGroup. Robert Lewis Lilly (born July 26, 1939), nicknamed "Mr. Cowboy", is an American former professional football player who was a defensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL) for 14 seasons.
