Sun-El Musician
Sanele Tresure Sithole (born 28 March 1989), known professionally as Sun-El Musician, is a South African disc jockey, music producer, and songwriter. Born and raised in Mooi River (town), Mooi River, he attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal but dropped out to pursue a career in music. His debut studio album ''Africa to the World'' (2018), was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA). Sun-El's second album, ''To the World & Beyond'' (2020), was met with further commercial success, certified Platinum by Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA). He was a producer for Demor Music before the establishment of his own record label, EL World Music. His most recent album ''African Electronic Dance Music'' was released in October 2021. Mooi River (town)
Mooi River (, ) is a small town situated at 1,389m above sea level and 160km from the coast in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The first European settlement in the area was at Mooi River Drift in 1852. This was formally named Weston in 1866 after the first Governor of Colony of Natal, Natal, Martin West (colonial administrator), Martin West. History In 1879, an Irishman named Alexander Lawrence purchased the Grantleigh farm upstream from Weston, on the banks of the Mooi River (Tugela), Mooi River. Mooirivier is Afrikaans language, Afrikaans for "pretty river". The 25th Annual South African Music Awards ceremony was held at the Sun City Arena in North West on June 1, 2019. It aired live on SABC 1. TNS (born Nkazimulo Ngema; July 2000) is a South African DJ and music producer. Born and raised in KwaZulu-Natal, his career in music began at the age of 12, he rose to fame after his collaborations on "Club Controller" and "Banomoya". Having signed a record deal with Sony, his debut studio album ''Madlokovu King of African House'' (2019), spawned with chart-topping singles "My Dali" and "Umona". Amanda Faku (born 28 May 1993) is a South African singer, performer and songwriter. Born and raised in the township of eZinyoka, Port Elizabeth, she developed musical interest at the age of 6 and participated on church choirs. Gallo Record Company is the largest (and oldest independent) record label in South Africa. It is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and is owned by Arena Holdings.
