Sultan McCullough
Sultan Rashad McCullough (born February 12, 1980) is a retired American football running back. He has played in the National Football League for the Washington Redskins and in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the Montreal Alouettes. During his college career, McCullough was also a standout as a sprinter, as he was the 1999 Pac-10 champion in the 100 meter dash. McCullough is regarded as the fastest player ever to play for the USC Trojans. His brother Saladin McCullough also played professional football. High school career McCullough attended John Muir High School in Pasadena, California where he was one of the top sprinters in the state. Along with Obea Moore, he led his team to a CIF State title in the 4×100 relay and was favored to win the state title in the sprint events when he pulled up in the 100 final. Obea Moore
William Obea Moore (born January 10, 1979) is a former American sprinter. Particularly excelling in the 400 metres, Moore held the World Youth Best in this event for nearly 24 years. In sports, the practice squad, also called the taxi squad or practice roster, is a group of players signed by a team but not part of their main roster. Frequently used in gridiron football, they serve as extra players during the team's practices, often as part of the scout team by emulating an upcoming opponent's play style. Because the players on the practice squad are familiar with the team's plays and formations, the practice squad serves as a way to develop inexperienced players for promotion to the main roster. This is particularly important for professional gridiron football teams, which do not have formal minor league farm team affiliates to train players.
