Tiny Troubles
''Tiny Troubles'' is a 1939 ''Our Gang'' short comedy film directed by George Sidney. It was the 176th ''Our Gang'' short to be released. Plot Alfalfa has a loud crying baby brother that he wants to get rid of. When out with the gang he sees what he thinks is a baby in a carriage. He puts his baby brother in that carriage and takes this "baby" back home. But the baby happens to be a midget who lives a life of crime named "Lightfingered Lester". Lester initially plays along but causes all sorts of havoc soon after including drinking beer, taunting the gang, and attempting to rob the house. Someone else finds the baby and brings him to the police station. The police then raid Alfalfa's home and take the gang in when they find Lester there. They are all taken in. They send Lester back to jail while giving the gang probation. Sue Moore (scientist)
Sue E. Moore is a scientist at the University of Washington known for her research on marine mammals in the Arctic. Education and career Moore has a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego and an M.S. from San Diego State University. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego / Scripps Institution of Oceanography in 1997 working on whales in the Arctic. Moore worked at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for twenty years, and was appointed director of the NOAA National Marine Mammal Laboratory in 2002. Moore was a member of the United States' delegation to the International Whaling Commission. As of 2021, Moore is a research scientist in the department of biology at the University of Washington. On May 25, 2022, Moore was nominated by US President Joe Biden to be a member of the US Marine Mammal Commission. Suzanne Lynn Moore (born 17 July 1958) is an English journalist and gender-critical campaigner. Early life and education Moore is the daughter of an American father and a working-class British mother, who split up during her childhood. As a child, she was told that her mother had been adopted in infancy when her adoptive parents found her in a Salvation Army orphanage following their only son's death. Moore said: "The older I get, the more I see that the story I was told cannot possibly be true, and that my mother was probably not a tiny baby at all when she was adopted." She grew up in Ipswich and attended Northgate Grammar School for Girls. Moore ran away from home at 16 and moved out aged 17 to live in a bedsit.
