Suchata Chuangsri
Suchata Chuangsri (; born 20 September 2003), also known by the Thai nickname Opal (), is a Thai beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss World 2025. She is the first Thai woman to win Miss World. Suchata was previously crowned as Miss Universe Thailand 2024 and went on to represent Thailand at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant, where she finished as the third runner-up. Early life and education Suchata was born on 20 September 2003 in Phuket province to parents Thanet Donkamnerd and Supatra Chuangsri. Her family runs a private business in Thalang, Phuket province. Suchata completed her primary and lower secondary education at Kajonkietsuksa School, and her upper secondary education at Triam Udom Suksa School, where she majored in Chinese under the Arts program.
