Subhrojit Saha is an Indian television actor mainly working in the Bengali-language television industry based in Kolkata. He came to prominence by playing the male lead role in the television serial '' Rakhi Bandhan''. Career Saha started his acting career with television serial '' Rakhi Bandhan'' in which he played the role of Bandhan. After the show went off-air, he was cast to play Jadunath Choudhury, the grandson of Rani Rashmoni in ''Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni'' from 2019 to 2020. ''Rakhi Bandhan'' () is a Bengali television soap opera that premiered on 28 November 2016 and aired on Star Jalsha. Sayanta Modak, Sraboni Bhunia, and Subhrojit Saha play the lead roles. The show was dubbed in Tamil as ''Minmini Pookal'', airing on Vijay Super. The show revolved round the unique bonding between the young actors Krittika and Soham, who played Rakhi and Bandhan respectively. Krittika was applauded for her comic timing, dialogue delivery and expressions. ''Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni'' was an Indian Bengali historical drama television series which aired on Bengali Entertainment Channel Zee Bangla and is also available on the digital platform ZEE5. It was premiered on 24 July 2017. The serial was earlier produced by Subrata Roy and then it was produced by Zee Bangla. It completed 1,000 episodes on its third birthday (24 July 2020) and 1,500 episodes on 26 December 2021. After a successful run of years, Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni went off-air on 13 February 2022. The show starred Ditipriya Roy in the title role as Rani Rashmoni, the deeply spiritual and liberal-minded "Rani" of 19th century, Gazi Abdun Noor and Gourab Chatterjee among others.
