Nahida Sobhan is a Bangladeshi diplomat. She is the first female diplomat representing Bangladesh in the Middle East as she became ambassador to Jordan on 21 February 2020. Salma Sobhan (; 11 August 1937 – 30 December 2003) was a Bangladeshi lawyer, academic and human rights activist. She became the first woman barrister in Pakistan in 1959.
