Sub-Radio
Sub-Radio is an American indie Pop music, pop band based in Washington, D.C. Their sound has been described as "infectious, bright pop," "gorgeous vocal harmony," and “tailor-made for festival sing-alongs.” Their music has been critically compared to that of The Killers, The Aces (indie pop band), The Aces, and Panic! at the Disco. History The members who would become the band met in middle school. Guitarist Matt Prodanovich started the band with keyboard player and guitarist John Fengya in 2009 while still in high school in Sterling, Virginia, however, the band did not formally release music until 2016. The group independently released their debut album, ''Same Train // Different Station'', in March 2016, changing their name from the original ''Sub-Radio Standard''. Firefly Music Festival
Firefly Music Festival was a music festival produced by AEG Presents that was first held on July 20–22, 2012, in Dover, Delaware. Firefly takes place in The Woodlands of Dover Motor Speedway, a festival ground, over the span of three days. Many nationally known musical acts have performed at the festival, with over 100 performances held over the course of the festival in 2016. The festival producers had worked together to establish the event at the current venue with the hopes of having "an open-air festival on the East Coast with plenty of outdoor camping". In past years, the festival has included up to seven stages: The Porch Stage, The Lawn Stage, The Backyard Stage, the Treehouse, The Coffee House, The Pavilion and The Firefly Stage. The Killers
The Killers are an American Rock music, rock band formed in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2001 by Brandon Flowers (lead vocals, keyboards, bass) and Dave Keuning (lead guitar, backing vocals). The Aces (formerly The Blue Aces) are an American alternative pop band from Provo, Utah. Panic! At The Disco
Panic! at the Disco was an American pop rock band formed in Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2004 by high school friends Ryan Ross (guitar) and Spencer Smith (musician), Spencer Smith (drums), who recruited classmates Brendon Urie (vocals and guitar) and Brent Wilson (bass). Following several lineup changes, Panic! at the Disco operated as the solo project of frontman Urie from 2015 until its discontinuation in 2023. Sterling refers most specifically to a census-designated place (CDP) in Loudoun County, Virginia. The population of the CDP as of the 2020 United States Census was 30,337 The CDP boundaries are confined to a relatively small area between Virginia State Route 28 on the west and Virginia State Route 7 on the northeast, excluding areas near Virginia State Route 606 (Loudoun County), SR 606 and the Dulles Town Center. Smallpools is an American indie pop band formed in 2013. The band consists of Sean Scanlon (vocals), Mike Kamerman (guitar), and Beau Kuther (drums). After their debut single " Dreaming" charted at number one on The Hype Machine, Smallpools' self-titled debut EP was released via RCA Records on July 16, 2013. History Mike Kamerman, from Marlboro, New Jersey, and Sean Scanlon, from Verplanck, New York, had been playing in various bands since 2007. Vinyl Theatre is an American indie rock band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, formed by Keegan Calmes and Chris Senner. The band later grew to include Josh Pothier and Nick Cesarz. Before being signed to an official record label, they produced several singles that were released on the band's SoundCloud page, leading up to the release of ''Chromatic EP'' in 2014. The band was then signed to Fueled by Ramen later in 2014. They released their first studio album, ''Electrogram'', with Fueled by Ramen on September 23, 2014. Say Anything is an American Rock music, rock band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in 2000 by Max Bemis and his friends, and within two years, they had self-released two EPs and a full-length album. In 2003, the band signed with their first label, Doghouse Records. A year later, they released their second album, ''...Is a Real Boy''.
