Prasad Prabhakar Oak (Marathi pronunciation: Help:IPA/Marathi, [pɾəsaːd̪ oːk]; born 17 February 1975) is an actor. He has received several awards including two Filmfare Awards Marathi and a National Film Award. In 2007, he participated in ''Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Marathi'' (Celebrity Round) and won, became Ajinkyatara.
