Stéphane Antiga
Stéphane Antiga (born 3 February 1976) is a French professional volleyball coach and former player. He was a member of the France national team from 1998 to 2010, and a participant in the Olympic Games Athens 2004. Personal life Antiga was born in Suresnes, Hauts-de-Seine, France. He has a wife Stephanie. They have two children – a son Timothy and a daughter Manoline. Career as player Club In his career he has played for the teams of Paris UC (France), Paris Volley, Bre Banca Lannutti Cuneo, Portol Palma de Mallorca, Skra Bełchatów and Delecta Bydgoszcz. In April 2013, he signed a contract to return to PGE Skra Bełchatów. After winning gold medal of 2014 Polish Championship with club from Bełchatów he ended his career as a player. Suresnes
Suresnes () is a commune in the western inner suburbs of Paris, France. Located in Hauts-de-Seine, from the centre of Paris, it had a population of 49,482 as of 2020. The France national men's volleyball team represents the country in international competitions and friendly matches. It was the reigning European Champion in 2015 and is ranked 3rd (as of 1 January 2023) in the FIVB World Rankings, FIVB world ranking. France have been competing in the World League ever since the inaugural edition in 1990 and continuously since 1999. 2017 FIVB Volleyball World League
The 2017 FIVB Volleyball World League was the 28th edition of the annual men's international volleyball tournament played by 36 teams between 2 June and 8 July. The Group 1 Final Round was held in Curitiba, Brazil. In front of a crowd of 23,149 fans, France lifted the FIVB Volleyball World League trophy for the second time in their history, prevailing in an epic battle over hosts Brazil 3–2. 2015 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Cup
The 2015 FIVB Men's World Cup was held from 8 to 23 September 2015 in Japan. The tournament served as a qualification process for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The top two teams, USA and Italy, qualified for the Olympics, and joined Brazil as they had already secured a berth as the host country.
