''Stronger'' is the sixth studio album by American R&B recording artist Tank. The album was released on August 12, 2014, by Atlantic Records. The album was supported by the single "You're My Star". The album debuted at number 13 on the ''Billboard'' 200 chart, selling 16,621 copies in its first week of release. Background In June 2014, in an interview with ''Ebony'', Tank explained the album title, saying: "Musically, it leans to my strengths as a musician; as a singer; as a songwriter; as the entertainer I’ve always wanted to be. Tank (American Singer)
Artaze Babbs (born January 1, 1976), better known by his stage name Tank, is an American R&B singer, songwriter, producer and actor. He is known for the singles " Maybe I Deserve" (2001), " Please Don't Go" (2007), and "When We" (2017). According to '' Billboard'', Tank has sold 1.76 million albums in the U.S. as of 2013. Early life Durrell Babbs was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved with his family as a child to Maryland. He was a multisport athlete in high school and was offered the opportunity to play college football. However, Tank decided to focus on music and his talent eventually led him to an opportunity to sing background vocals for Ginuwine during one of the latter's tours. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands. Jerry "Wonda" Duplessis (born 9 August 1975) is a Haitian music producer, film score composer, entrepreneur and philanthropist. His first major success was as a producer for the Fugees' 1996 album '' The Score''. He also played the bass guitar with the Fugees, and group member Wyclef Jean is his cousin. Joseph A. "Lonny" Bereal is an American R&B singer, songwriter and producer. He is also a member of Flipmode Squad with other rappers such as Busta Rhymes, Spliff Star and Reek da Villian.
