Paul Van Haver (; born 12 March 1985), better known by his stage name Stromae (), is a Belgian singer, rapper, songwriter and record producer. He is best known for his music, which is a blend of hip-hop and electronic music styles. Stromae came to wide public attention in 2009 with his song "Alors on danse" (from the album ''Cheese''), which became a number one in several European countries. In 2013, his second album ''Racine carrée'' was a commercial success, selling two million copies in France and yielding chart-topping singles "Papaoutai" and " Formidable". NRJ Music Award
An NRJ Music Award (commonly abbreviated as an NMA) is an award presented by the French radio station NRJ to honor the best in the French and worldwide music industry. The awards ceremony, created in 2000 by NRJ in partnership with the television network TF1, traditionally took place every year in mid-January at Cannes (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France) as the opening of MIDEM (''Marché international de l'édition musicale''). It is now held in the month of November. They give out awards to popular musicians in different categories. The name "NRJ Group, NRJ" means "Nouvelle Radio des Jeunes" (new radio of the young). The Tutsi ( ), also called Watusi, Watutsi or Abatutsi (), are an ethnic group of the African Great Lakes region. They are a Bantu languages, Bantu-speaking ethnic group and the second largest of three main ethnic groups in Rwanda and Burundi (the other two being the largest Bantu peoples, Bantu ethnic group Hutu and the African Pygmies, Pygmy group of the Twa). The song was released as a digital download in Belgium on 4 June 2013 as the second single from his second studio album ''Racine carrée'' (2013).
