Stratos Chintzidis
Stratos Chintzidis (, born 13 December 1987) is a Greek professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Defender (association football)#Full-back, left back for Super League Greece 2, Super League 2 club Chania FC, Chania. Career Chintzidis started his career with Polykastro F.C., Polykastro in 2006. Subsequently, he played for Enosi Alexandroupoli, Fokikos A.C., Fokikos, Anagennisi Giannitsa, Eordaikos 2007 F.C., Eordaikos 2007 and Pontioi Katerini F.C., Pontioi Katerini. Chintzidis signed for Paniliakos F.C., Paniliakos in January 2012. On 24 July 2012, he signed a contract with Apollon Smyrnis F.C., Apollon Smyrnis spending the entire 2012–13 Football League (Greece), 2012–13 season with the club and getting crowned Football League champion. On 13 August 2013, he signed a contract with Football League Greece, Greek Football League club Iraklis F.C. Alexandroupoli
Alexandroupolis (, ) or Alexandroupoli (, ) is a city in Greece and the capital of the Evros (regional unit), Evros regional unit. It is the largest city in Greek Thrace and the region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, with a population of 71,751, and is an important port and commercial center for northeastern Greece. The city was first settled by the Ottoman Empire in the 19th century and grew into the fishing village ''Dedeağaç''. In 1873, it became a ''kaza'' and one year later was promoted to a ''Sanjak of Dedeağaç, sanjak''. The city developed into a regional trading center. Later, it became a part of Adrianople Vilayet. During the Russo-Turkish War (1877–1878), the area was briefly captured by the Russians.
