Stowe Buntz
Stowe Buntz (born January 25, 1979) is an American professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He is active in the Championship Darts Circuit (CDC), the North American affiliate of the PDC; he has won five CDC Pro Tour titles, as well as the 2023 CDC Continental Cup. He reached his first PDC major quarter-final at the 2023 Grand Slam. Career In October 2023, Buntz won the 2023 CDC Continental Cup his beaten by America's Jason Brandon by 8–6 to secure his place at the 2023 Grand Slam of Darts. This came after placing as the second-ranked American on the 2023 CDC Tour to lock in his debut at the 2024 PDC World Darts Championship, a rank made possible after becoming the first player in CDC history to win three tour events in the same weekend. PDC Order Of Merit
The PDC Order of Merit is a world ranking system used by one of the darts organisations, the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). Following the 2007 PDC World Darts Championship it superseded a world ranking system based on points being awarded for performances in ranking tournaments. Grand Slam Of Darts
The Grand Slam of Darts is a darts tournament organised by the Professional Darts Corporation and is known as the Mr Vegas Grand Slam of Darts for sponsorship purposes. The PDC used to invite the best performing players from its rival, the British Darts Organisation (which went into liquidation in September 2020). There have been two previous head-to-head matches between the champions of the two organisations and a few overseas tournaments have also featured BDO v PDC clashes, but this tournament is the first of its kind to be held in the United Kingdom. This arrangement lasted until the BDO's collapse into liquidation in 2020 and it is unclear whether any other organisation will be invited in future. The PDC World Darts Championship, known for sponsorship purposes as the Paddy Power World Darts Championship is a world championship competition held annually in the sport of darts. Nick Kenny (born 13 March 1993) is a Welsh professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He is a multi-medallist in both the WDF World Cup and the WDF Europe Cup and won 2 titles on the PDC Development Tour. He also reached the quarter-finals at the 2022 World Masters and the semi finals at the 2017 BDO World Trophy. The 2025 PDC World Darts Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as the 2024/25 Paddy Power World Darts Championship) was a professional darts tournament that was held from 15 December 2024 to 3 January 2025 at Alexandra Palace in London, England. It was the 32nd World Darts Championship to be organised by the Professional Darts Corporation and the 18th to be held at Alexandra Palace. The winner received £500,000 from a total prize fund of £2,500,000. The 2024 bet365 US Darts Masters was a professional darts tournament that was held at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City, United States from 31 May–1 June 2024. It was the sixth staging of the tournament by the Professional Darts Corporation and the third event in the 2024 World Series of Darts.
