Stora Mossen metro station is a station on the Green line of the Stockholm metro. It is located on the border between the districts of Ulvsunda and , which are part of the borough of Bromma in the west of the city of Stockholm. An island platform (also center platform (American English) or centre platform (British English)) is a station layout arrangement where a single platform is positioned between two tracks within a railway station, tram stop or transitway interchange. Island platforms are sometimes used between the opposite-direction tracks on twin-track route stations as they are cheaper and occupy less area than other arrangements. Ulvsunda is a district in Bromma in western Stockholm, just east of Stockholm Bromma Airport, built around Ulvsunda Castle, a 17th-century castle. Ulvsunda borders the ulvsunda industrial area to the north, Lake Ulvsunda and Traneberg to the east, Alvik and Stora mossen metro station, Stora Mossen to the south, and Riksby to the west. Bromma () is a Boroughs of Stockholm, borough (''stadsdelsområde'') in the western part of Stockholm, Sweden, forming part of the Stockholm Municipality. Slussen Metro Station
Slussen is a station on the Stockholm metro and Saltsjöbanan, located at Slussen in the district of Södermalm. The metro station is served by the Red and Green lines, and originally opened in 1933 as an underground tram stop, on 1 October 1950 it became the terminal of the first metro line running south to Hökarängen, it was again rebuilt when the extension of the line north to Hötorget was opened on 24 November 1957. On 5 April 1964, the first stretch of the Red line, between T-Centralen and Fruängen, was opened. Slussen has also been the terminus for the Saltsjöbanan railway since the 1940s, however this has temporarily been moved to Henriksdal in 2016 due to the reconstruction of Slussen. Stockholm Tramway
The Stockholm tramway network forms part of the public transport system in Stockholm, the capital city of Sweden. Beginning with horse trams in 1877, the Stockholm tram network reached its largest extent in 1946. Many of the former suburban tram lines became parts of the Stockholm Metro between the years 1950-1964. In September 1967, in conjunction with the Swedish switch from left-hand to right-hand traffic, the last parts of the once large inner city street running tram network were closed. Hötorget, formerly known as Kungsgatan, is an underground station on the Green line of the Stockholm metro. It is situated near to the Hötorget square in the borough of Norrmalm in central Stockholm, and lies below Sveavägen between its junctions with and .
