Stop And Go
David Beresford Grant (born 8 August 1956) whose biggest hit was "Intuition" in 1981. He began a solo career in 1983 with the top 40 hit "Stop and Go". Further hits included "Watching You Watching Me" and two duets with Jaki Graham – " Could It Be I'm Falling in Love", which reached number five in 1985, and the Todd Rundgren-penned "Mated", which made number 20 later that year. He has also worked as a session singer for artists including Diana Ross, Rick Astley and Lighthouse Family. David has become well known, along with his wife Carrie, as vocal coach on ''Pop Idol'' and judge/vocal coach on ''Fame Academy'' and its spin-off '' Comic Relief Does Fame Academy''. Lemar Obika (born 4 April 1978), known mononymously as Lemar, is an English singer, songwriter and record producer. S Club, formerly known as S Club 7, are a British pop music, pop group formed in 1998 by Simon Fuller after he was fired as manager of the Spice Girls. Comic Relief Does Fame Academy
''Comic Relief Does Fame Academy'' is a spin-off of the original ''Fame Academy'' show where celebrities students sing as students of the Academy. The programme was launched in 2003 to help raise money for the charities supported by Comic Relief, with the final of the show occurring on Red Nose Day. Coverage of the show was widely shown on BBC One, BBC Three, BBC Prime and the CBBC Channel. The series returned in 2005 and again in March 2007. ''Fame Academy'' was a British television talent competition to search for and educate new musical talents. The winner would receive a chance to become a successful music artist and part of the international franchise ''Star Academy'' known under various titles in various countries.
