''Still Processing'' is a ''New York Times'' culture podcast hosted by Jenna Wortham, a writer for ''The New York Times Magazine'', and Wesley Morris, the paper's critic at large. The show debuted on September 8, 2016. ''Still Processin''g won a 2017 Webby Award in the Podcast & Digital Audio category, and was nominated for a 2019 Shorty Award. History Morris joined ''The New York Times'' from ''The Boston Globe'' in 2015 with a podcast as part of his new contract and approached Wortham about serving as co-host. Kerry James Marshall
Kerry James Marshall (born October 17, 1955) is an American artist and professor, known for his paintings of Black figures. He previously taught painting at the School of Art and Design at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 2017, Marshall was included on the annual ''Time'' 100 list of the most influential people in the world. He was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, and moved in childhood to South Central Los Angeles. He has spent much of his career in Chicago, Illinois. Nikole Sheri Hannah-Jones (born April 9, 1976) is an American investigative journalist, known for her coverage of civil rights in the United States.
