Steven Nixon
Steven Nixon (born October 11, 1965) is founder and president of Steven Nixon Consulting, former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Director of Science and Technology of the United States Intelligence Community, former first Acting Director of the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA), a former professional staff member with the United States House Appropriations Committee, and a former senior civilian analyst at the The Pentagon, Pentagon. Nixon is generally credited with spearheading the creation of IARPA and the Rapid Technology Transition Initiative (RTTI). He has also had significant influence over US defense and intelligence space programs. The Pentagon
The Pentagon is the headquarters building of the United States Department of Defense. It was constructed on an accelerated schedule during World War II. As a symbol of the U.S. military, the phrase ''The Pentagon'' is often used as a metonym for the Department of Defense and its leadership. National Intelligence Medal Of Achievement
The National Intelligence Medal of Achievement is an award that was presented to members of the United States Intelligence Community, both civilian and military, to recognize significant acts of service to the community as a whole. Intelligence analysis is the application of individual and collective cognitive methods to weigh data and test hypotheses within a secret socio-cultural context.
