Steve Castle
Steven Castle (born 17 May 1966) is an English football manager and former player who is currently the manager of Bishop's Stortford. From 2013 to 2023, he was the manager of Royston Town. As a player, he spent most of his career playing as a midfielder. Playing career Castle played in the Football League between 1984 and 2001. He played for Leyton Orient in three separate spells, amassing a total of 322 appearances for them. Castle's combative style attracted the attention of Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish and Wimbledon manager Bobby Gould. Castle explains the Wimbledon approach and discusses his early career in detail in an interview recorded early in 2020. Barkingside
Barkingside is an area in Ilford, in the London Borough of Redbridge. It includes the major road junction of Fullwell Cross, which also gives its name to the locality near that roundabout. The area is situated 10.6 miles (17km) north east of Charing Cross. Prior to 1965, it formed part of the borough of Ilford in the historic county of Essex. Barkingside is chiefly known for the children's charity Barnardo's, which was founded there in 1866, and still has its headquarters there. Some of the oldest buildings in Barkingside include the Barnardo's chapel, the Edwardian railway station (in 1948 transferred from LNER to London Underground's Central Line), and Holy Trinity Church, which dates from 1840. The Football League
The English Football League (EFL) is a league of professional football clubs from England and Wales. Founded in 1888 as the Football League, it is the oldest football league in the world, and was the top-level football league in England from its foundation until 1992, when the top 22 clubs split from it to form the Premier League. James Martin Quinn (born 18 November 1959) is a Northern Irish former footballer and manager. Champions Nottingham Forest and runners-up Middlesbrough won promotion back to the Premiership at the first time of asking.
