Stevan Filipović
Stevan Filipović ( sr-cyr, Стеван Филиповић; born 1981) is a Serbian film editor, director and lecturer. Best known for his box-office successes, such as ''Šejtanov ratnik'' (2006), ''Skinning'' (2010) and '' Next to Me'' (2015), he is recognized for depicting social commentary through elements of fantasy. In addition to his creative work, Filipović also served as an assistant lecturer to the class of actress Mirjana Karanović at the University of Arts in Belgrade between 2012 and 2014. Subsequently, he started teaching fundamentals of visual effects and digital postproduction at the University. He has received numerous national accolades as well as regional ones, including a grand prix at the Pula Film Festival. In December 2021, Filipovic publicly came out as a member of the LGBT community, making him one of the first men in Serbia to do so. Montenegrins
Montenegrins ( cnr, Црногорци, Crnogorci, or ; lit. "Black Mountain People") are a South Slavic ethnic group that share a common Montenegrin culture, history, and language, identified with the country of Montenegro. Genetics According to one triple analysis – autosomal, mitochondrial and paternal — of available data from large-scale studies on Balto-Slavs and their proximal populations, the whole genome SNP data situates Montenegrins with Serbs in between two Balkan clusters. The Croats (; hr, Hrvati ) are a South Slavic ethnic group who share a common Croatian ancestry, culture, history and language. Declaration On The Common Language
The Declaration on the Common Language ( sh, Deklaracija o zajedničkom jeziku / ) was issued in 2017 by a group of intellectuals and NGOs from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia who were working under the banner of a project called "Language and Nationalism". The ''Declaration'' states that Bosniaks, Croats, Montenegrins and Serbs have a common standard language of the polycentric type. Before any public presentation, the ''Declaration'' was signed by over 200 prominent writers, scientists, journalists, activists and other public figures from the four countries. After being published, it has been signed by over 10,000 people from all over the region. The ''Declaration on the common language'' is an attempt to counter nationalistic factions.
