Stephen Christopher Saenz Villarreal (born 23 August 1990) is a Mexican athlete. Although born in the United States, he represents the Athletics Association of the State of Sonora ('' Asociación de Atletismo del Estado de Sonora''). He competed for Mexico in shot put at the 2012 Summer Olympics. 2011 Central American And Caribbean Championships In Athletics
The 2011 Central American and Caribbean Championships in Athletics were held in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. The event served as classifiers for the 2011 World Championships in Athletics and took place from July 15–17, 2011. It was the fourth time Puerto Rico hosted the event; the first time in Ponce in 1975, and later in San Juan in 1989 and 1997. Irapuato is a Mexican city and municipality located at the foot of the Arandas Hill (in Spanish: ''Cerro de Arandas''), in the central region of the state of Guanajuato. The 2012 NACAC Under-23 Championships in Athletics were held at the Centro Paralímpico Nacional in Irapuato, Mexico from 6 to 8 July. It was the seventh edition of the biennial athletics (sport), athletics competition for North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletic Association, NACAC area athletes under 23 years of age. A total of 44 track and field events were contested, divided evenly between the sexes. It was the third time that Mexico had hosted the event, having done so in 2000 and 2008.
