Stephen Clynch
Steven Clynch (born 1984) is an Irish hurler who currently plays as a left wing-forward for the Meath senior team. Clynch joined the panel and 2002 and made his first appearance for the senior team during the 2003 Walsh Cup and immediately became a regular member of the starting fifteen. Since then he has won three Kehoe Cup medals and a Nicky Rackard Cup in 2009. He has been selected on the christy ring cup allstar team of the year in 2007,2009 2012 and 2013. At club level Clynch is a Leinster intermediate medalist with Kilmessan. He has also won five county club championship medals. Kilmessan GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Kilmessan, in County Meath, Ireland. The club fields both underage and adult hurling teams. It competes in Meath GAA competitions. Railway Cup
The GAA Interprovincial Championship ( ga, An Corn Idir-Chúigeach) or Railway Cup (''Corn an Iarnróid'') is the name of two annual Gaelic football and hurling competitions held between the provinces of Ireland. The Connacht, Leinster, Munster and Ulster GAA teams are composed of the best players from the counties in each province. The games are organised by the Gaelic Athletic Association. The Railway Cup was a revival of the Railway Shield which ran from 1905 to 1907 (football) and from 1905 to 1908 (hurling). The first Railway Cup competitions (the name is due to the donation of the trophy by Irish Rail) were held in 1927, with Munster winning the first football title and Leinster winning the first hurling title. Kilmessan () is a village in County Meath, Ireland. It is situated 10/15 minutes away from Dunshaughlin, Trim and Navan, 6 km from the M3 motorway.
