Stephen Cassidy
Stephen Cassidy was the longest serving President of the Uniformed Firefighters Association of Greater New York (UFA) in its 100-year history. He was first elected to the position in August 2002 and is the only UFA President in the union's history to be elected directly out of a firehouse. In 2016, Cassidy resigned his position as UFA President to serve as the executive director of the New York City Fire Pension Fund. In 2018, following his arrest for driving while intoxicated, New York City Fire Commissioner Daniel A. Nigro, Daniel Nigro removed Cassidy from his position as executive director of the New York City Fire Pension Fund. The UFA is the largest firefighters’ union local in the United States, representing more than 8,500 active and 15,000 retired New York City Firefighters. Steve Cassidy
Steve Cassidy is an English singer. He started his singing career at the age of 14, opening a Cliff Richard concert. Cassidy has recorded with Joe Meek and later with the film composer John Barry (composer), John Barry. He worked with The Escorts in the 1960s performing around the British Isles. Cassidy has appeared on television, most notably as three time winner of New Faces. He wrote the song which welcomed Pope John Paul II on his visit to York. Paul Ryan
Paul Davis Ryan (born January 29, 1970) is an American former politician who served as the 54th speaker of the United States House of Representatives from 2015 to 2019. Nicholas Scoppetta (November 6, 1932 – March 24, 2016) was the 31st New York City Fire Commissioner. He was appointed to that position by Mayor Michael Bloomberg on January 1, 2002 and was succeeded by Salvatore Cassano on January 1, 2010. The original World Trade Center (WTC) was a large complex of seven buildings in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City. Deutsche Bank Building
The Deutsche Bank Building (formerly Bankers Trust Plaza) was a 39-story office building located at 130 Liberty Street in Manhattan, New York City, adjacent to the World Trade Center site. The building opened in 1974 and closed following the September 11 attacks in 2001, due to contamination that spread from the collapse of the South Tower. The structure was designed by Shreve, Lamb & Harmon, which also designed the Empire State Building. The building was purchased by Deutsche Bank when it acquired Bankers Trust in 1998.
