Andrea Laura Barber (born July 3, 1976) is an American actress. She is best known for playing Kimmy Gibbler in the ABC sitcom ''Full House'' and the Netflix sequel series '' Fuller House''. Early life Barber is the youngest of three children. She graduated from La Serna High School in Whittier, California. She earned a degree in English from Whittier College in 1999.
