Stepan Yuryevich Astafyev (russian: Степан Юрьевич Астафьев; born 27 January 1994) is a Kazakhstani professional racing cyclist, who most recently rode for UCI Continental team . He rode in the men's team time trial at the 2015 UCI Road World Championships. Petropavl
Petropavl ( kk, Петропавл, Petropavl ) or Petropavlovsk () is a city on the Ishim River in northern Kazakhstan close to the border with Russia. It is the capital of the North Kazakhstan Region. The Tour de Korea is an annual professional road bicycle racing stage race held in South Korea since 2000 as part of the UCI Asia Tour.
