Stefano Valli (born 21 March 1969 in San Marino) is a Sammarinese racing driver. In 2005 he raced at three rounds of the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) for Zerocinque Motorsport, which also doubled up as rounds of the Italian Superturismo Championship. He also competed in the 2005 European Touring Car Cup at ACI Vallelunga Circuit for Zerocinque. In 2006 Valli and Zerocinque competed in two rounds of the WTCC. The 2005 FIA WTCC Race Of San Marino was the fourth round of the 2005 World Touring Car Championship season. It was held at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari. The two races were won by Fabrizio Giovanardi and Dirk Müller. The FIA WTCC Race of Mexico was a round of the World Touring Car Championship, held at the Autódromo Miguel E. Abed near the city of Puebla in Mexico. The race was first run in the 2005 season, the first season of the revived series. It was run every year between 2005 and 2009 except in the 2007 season, when the planned event was cancelled due to problems with the Puebla circuit, although these problems were addressed for 2008. The event was run in June in 2005, in July in 2006, in April in 2008 and in March in 2009. The 2010 running was cancelled due to security fears in the region. FIA WTCC Race Of Brazil
The FIA WTCC Race of Brazil was a round of the World Touring Car Championship, it was held at the Autódromo Internacional de Curitiba near the city of Curitiba in the Brazilian state of Paraná. The race was run every year between 2006 and 2012. It was the fifth round of the 2006 season, running in July, although it was then run in March as the opening round of the season every year since 2007. The race was sponsored by HSBC from 2006 until 2010. The 2011 Race of Brazil had originally been scheduled to be held at the Autódromo José Carlos Pace in São Paulo but reverted to Curitiba a month before the event owing to renovation works being carried out at the Interlagos circuit. The FIA WTCR Race of Germany, previously known as the FIA WTCC Race of Germany, is a round of the World Touring Car Cup, which originally was held at the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben in Germany. The race ran at Oschersleben every year since the return of World Touring Car Championship from 2005 to 2011. It was left off the 2012 calendar. The event returned to the calendar in 2015, this time hosted at the Nürburgring Nordschleife as part of the 24 Hours Nürburgring weekend. The races are three laps each. FIA WTCC Race Of UK
The FIA WTCC Race of UK event was a round of the World Touring Car Championship that took place in the United Kingdom. It was last held at Donington Park near Castle Donington in Leicestershire. The race had previously been held at Donington Park from 2002, when the series was known as the European Touring Car Championship but with promotion to world championship status, the event switched to Silverstone in Northamptonshire for 2005. The race was moved to Brands Hatch in Kent for 2006, where it used the full Grand Prix layout. In 2011, the race moved back to Donington Park. The race was left out of the 2012 schedule. In 2012, World Touring Car Championship promoter Marcello Lotti said the Race of UK was unlikely to return to the calendar in 2013 as the series looked to expand to events outside Europe. FIA WTCC Race Of France
The FIA WTCR Race of France is a round of the World Touring Car Cup which was held at the Circuit Pau-Arnos in 2021 and at the Circuit de Pau-Ville in 2022. It was previously held at the Circuit Paul Ricard and the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours. In 2005 and 2006 it was run at Magny-Cours, before moving to Pau in 2007, when it became the main event in the Pau Grand Prix weekend. However, there was no French round in the 2010 season. After Citroën confirmed their entry into the 2014 season, Citroën Racing team principal Yves Matton suggested a French round would be a good idea. A French round returned to the calendar for 2014, this time held at the Circuit Paul Ricard. The FIA WTCR Race of Italy is a round of the World Touring Car Championship that has taken place in Italy. It will be held at Vallelunga Circuit in 2022 season. In 2021, it was held at the extended version of Adria International Raceway. Before that, it was mostly held at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza in Monza near Milan, Lombardy. The Race of Italy was the first round of the WTCC after its return in 2005. The 2005 Guia Race Of Macau was the final of the 2005 World Touring Car Championship season. It was held at the Circuito da Guia. Augusto Farfus won the first race for Alfa Romeo, the race being Farfus's first win in the series. The second race was a crash-strewn affair, won in the end by Duncan Huisman.
