Stefano Tremigliozzi (born 7 May 1985 in Benevento) is an Italian long jumper. Biography He was the Italian champion in the long jump in 2008, with a jump of 7.85 metres. He was also the Italian indoor champion in 2009 ( Ancona) and 2010 ( Turin). His brother, Marco Tremigliozzi, was the Italian indoor champion in 2000. In 2010 he established his personal best jump with 8.01 metres, which met the entry standard for the 2010 European Athletics Championships The 2010 European Athletics Championships were the 20th edition of the European Athletics Championships, organised under the supervision of the European Athletic Association. The Italian Athletics Championships ( it, Campionati italiani assoluti di atletica leggera) are the national championships in athletics, organised every year by the Federazione Italiana di Atletica Leggera. The first edition, four races only, was held in 1906 at Arena Civica in Milan, just after the foundation of the Federazione Podistica Italiana and with the organization of '' La Gazzetta dello Sport''. Since then, 110 editions were held with the only exceptions of the years 1915-1918 and 1944. During 1945, only athletes of Northern Italy could participate but FIDAL considered this edition as an official one. To the running races, in 1913 the field events were added.
