Stefano Fusari (born 14 July 1983) is an Italian footballer who plays for ''Lega Pro Prima Divisione'' club FeralpiSalò. Biography Born in Brescia, Lombardy, Fusari started his career at hometown club Brescia Calcio. In January 2004 he left for Montichiari, which located within the Province of Brescia. He followed the team relegated to Serie D and promoted back to ''Seconda Divisione'' twice, in 2008 and 2010. In 2011, he joined ''Prima Divisione'' newcomer FeralpiSalò. Serie C2 was the fourth highest football league in Italy, the lowest with a professional status. History Before the 1978–79 season, there were only three professional football leagues in Italy, the third being Serie C. The league menaging the C was also organizing the semi-professional Serie D. In 1978, it was decided to split the Serie C into Serie C1 (the third highest league) and Serie C2, moving the remnants of the Serie D to the amatorial sector as Campionato Interregionale. Upon its inception in 1978–79, Serie C2 consisted of four groups of 18 teams, with two promotions and three relegations.
