Stefano De Luigi
Stefano De Luigi (born 1964) is a German-born Italian photographer. He has been a member of VII Photo Agency since 2008 and lives in Paris. Stefano De Luigi has won the World Press Photo contest four times in different categories (1998-2007-2010-2011). In 2009 he won the Moving Walls of Soros Foundation. In 2010 he won the Days Japan International Photojournalism Award and the Getty Grant for Editorial Photography. His book ''Blanco'' won the POYi Best Photography Book Award in 2011. In 2013, Stefano De Luigi won the Days Japan (Special Jury Prize) and Prix du Festival de St-Brieuc. In 2015 he was awarded the Syngenta Prize in London. Life and work De Luigi was born in Cologne. He has been a professional photographer since 1988. He lived in Paris from 1989 to 1996, working for the Louvre Museum. In 2000 he received the Honorable Mention of Leica Oskar Barnack Award. VII Photo Agency
VII Photo Agency is an international photo agency wholly owned and governed by its membership. History The photographer owned agency was originally conceived by Gary Knight and John Stanmeyer. They were subsequently joined by Alexandra Boulat, Ron Haviv, Antonín Kratochvíl, Christopher Morris, and James Nachtwey and the agency, named after the number of founding members, was launched at the Visa pour l'image Festival in Perpignan, France, in September, 2001. VII was conceived to operate as a means of digital image distribution and representation wholly owned and controlled by the photographers it represented in response to large corporations acquiring the small photo agencies present in the industry at the time. Martin Amis
Martin Louis Amis (born 25 August 1949) is a British novelist, essayist, memoirist, and screenwriter. He is best known for his novels ''Money'' (1984) and ''London Fields'' (1989). He received the James Tait Black Memorial Prize for his memoir ''Experience'' and has been listed for the Booker Prize twice (shortlisted in 1991 for '' Time's Arrow'' and longlisted in 2003 for '' Yellow Dog'').
