Stefan Velev
Stefan Velev ( bg, Стефан Велев; born 2 May 1989) is a Bulgarian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Cherno More Varna. Career Born in Sofia, Velev played for Septemvri as a schoolboy, before joining Slavia Sofia. But he found it difficult to break into the first team due to the consistency of Slavčo Georgievski and Pavle Popara. In June 2008 Velev signed a two-year contract with Lokomotiv Stara Zagora. He made his B PFG and Lokomotiv debut on 9 August in a home 1–0 against Shumen, scoring the goal of the win. On 13 March 2017, Velev signed a -year contract with Slavia Sofia. He left the club at the end of the 2017–18 season when his contract expired. On 15 June 2018, Velev signed with Sepsi OSK. Slavčo Georgievski ( mk, Славчо Георгиевски; born 30 March 1980 in Skopje, SR Macedonia, SFRY) is a retired footballer from Macedonia, who last played for Inter Baku as a midfielder. Career Club Georgievski started his career in FK Vardar. After that he played for FK Makedonija GP, Romanian club CFR Cluj, FK Sloga, FK Cementarnica 55 Skopje and Bulgarian club Vihren. He signed with Slavia in June 2007 for a fee of 50 000 €. In the winter of 2008 he was loaned out for six months to Chinese club Zhejiang Lücheng. In June 2008 Georgievski returned to Slavia. 2017–18 Bulgarian Cup
The 2017−18 Bulgarian Cup was the 36th official edition of the Bulgarian annual football knockout tournament. The competition began on 19 September 2017 with the first round and finished with the final on 9 May 2018. Botev Plovdiv were the defending champions, but lost on away goals in the semi-finals to Slavia Sofia. Slavia later won the final on penalties against Levski Sofia, thus acquiring its eight Bulgarian Cup in its history. The club also qualified for the first qualifying round of the 2018–19 UEFA Europa League. The Bulgarian Cup ( bg, Купа на България, Kupa na Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian annual football competition. It is the country's main cup competition and all officially registered Bulgarian football teams take part in it. The tournament's format is ''single-elimination'', with all matches being one-legged, except the semi-finals. The competition's winner gets the right to take part in the UEFA Europa Conference League. If the winner has already secured a place through the Bulgarian A Professional Football Group, the team that has come ''fourth'' in the championship substitutes it. The competition has been dominated by Sofia-based teams. The Sofia teams have won together a total number of 65 titles.
