''Stardom'' (stylized as ''Star;dom'') is the sixth extended play from South Korean boy band Up10tion. It was released on June 29, 2017, by TOP Media. The album consists of six tracks, including the lead single "Runner" for which a teaser video was released June 27. A preview video for the songs was released the day before the EP. It marked their first release as nine members with Wooseok on hiatus. At the 32nd Golden Disc Awards The 32nd Golden Disc Awards ceremony was held on January 10–11, 2018. Up10tion (; pronounced ''eobtensyeon'' for "up tension", acronym for Unbelievable Perfect 10 members Teenager Idol Open Now) is a South Korean boy band formed by TOP Media in 2015. The group currently consists of seven members: Kuhn, Kogyeol, Bitto, Sunyoul, Gyujin, Hwanhee and Xiao. The group debuted with their first extended play ''Top Secret (Up10tion EP), Top Secret''. In 2017, they made their Japanese debut with EP ''ID''. Originally as ten, Jinhoo, Lee Jin-hyuk and Kim Woo-seok (singer), Kim Woo-seok departed from the group on February 28, 2023. TOP Media (),(also known as T.O.P Media) is a South Korean company, founded by Shinhwa's Andy, handling the management of several artists. TOP Media usually works with Sony Music Entertainment Korea for distribution of its musical releases. History TOP Media was founded as ND Entertainment (New Dream Entertainment) by Andy and his former long-time manager at SM Entertainment, Lee Jae-hong, in 2005. In 2009, the company debuted Jumper, a male pop duo, who released two singles, "Yes!" and "Dazzling" (). Jumper, however, disbanded soon after the release of their second single. The 32nd Golden Disc Awards ceremony was held on January 10–11, 2018. The JTBC network broadcast the show from the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX) in Ilsan. Background Organized by All Access Productions and HM Entertainment in cooperation with Lumos E&M and broadcasting company JTBC, the 32nd Golden Disc Awards was scheduled to take place at the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila on January 10 and 11, 2018. Korean-language EPs
Korean is the native language for about 81 million people, mostly of Korean descent. It is the national language of both South Korea and North Korea. In the south, the language is known as () and in the north, it is known as ().
