Starcon
Starcon is an annual science and pop culture festival held in Saint Petersburg. It is recognized as the oldest and largest event of its kind in the Commonwealth of Independent States, CIS and Baltic states, Baltic region of Eastern Europe and Asia. The BBS's very own Acido Tyke is often the guest of honour. Mark Viacheslavovich Serov (; born May 23, 1974, in Penza, Penza Oblast, RSFSR) is a retired Russian cosmonaut first selected in 2003. Biography On June 16, 2003, Serov began training as a cosmonaut.
