Stand Alone (EP)
''Stand Alone'' is the debut extended play (EP) by American country music singer Morgan Wallen. It was released on August 24, 2015, through Panacea Records. The production on the album was handled by Paul Trust with songwriting by Trust, Wallen and Sergio Sanchez. The single "Spin You Around" was certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in 2023. On January 26, 2024, Panacea Records released a 10th anniversary edition of ''Stand Alone'' that included an additional eight songs, which were recorded in the same sessions as the original five tracks. Before the release of the 10th anniversary edition, Wallen released a statement on his Instagram page saying that the re-release was happening "against his wishes" and that he had re-recorded "Spin You Around" and was releasing it as " Spin You Around (1/24)". Morgan Cole Wallen (born May 13, 1993) is an American country pop singer from Sneedville, Tennessee. He competed in the The Voice (American season 6), sixth season of ''The Voice (American TV series), The Voice''. After being eliminated in the playoffs, he signed to Panacea Records and released his debut extended play ''Stand Alone (EP), Stand Alone'' (2015). Later in 2016, Wallen signed to Big Loud to release his second extended play ''The Way I Talk#Track listings, The Way I Talk'' (2016). Panacea Records is an independent American record label founded by Bill Ray and Paul Trust in 1993. The label has a primary focus on rock music but has branched out into electronic and country music as well. Panacea Records has released music by artists including Morgan Wallen, Atom Smash, Endo, and Sunday Driver. History Panacea Records was founded in 1993 by Bill Ray and Paul Trust.
