Stan Joplin
Stan Joplin (born June 17, 1957) is a former head men's basketball coach at the University of Toledo from 1996 to 2008. Playing career Joplin played guard at the University of Toledo from 1975–79. He was named to the second-team All-MAC for the 1977–78 and 1978–79 seasons. Joplin made a buzzer-beating shot in a 74–72 victory over Iowa in the first round of the 1979 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament The 1979 NCAA Division I basketball tournament involved 40 schools playing in single-elimination play to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division I college basketball. Milan, Michigan
Milan ( ) is a city in Monroe and Washtenaw counties in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 6,079 at the 2020 census. The community was settled as early as 1831. Milan incorporated as a village in 1885 and much later as a city in 1967. The center of the downtown area is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Main Street Historic District.
