Spraynard is an American punk band from West Chester, Pennsylvania. History Spraynard began in 2008 with the release of a split EP with Captain, We're Sinking via Creep Records. In 2010 the band released a split with Paramedic! via Square of Opposition Records and a split with Sundials via Evil Weevil Records. In the same year Spraynard released their debut full-length album titled ''Cut and Paste'' via Runner Up Records. On May 10, 2011 Spraynard released their second full-length studio album titled ''Funtitled'' via Asian Man Records. On April 17, 2012 Spraynard released an EP titled ''Exton Square'' via Asian Man Records and Square of Opposition Records. In 2014 Spraynard released a collection record titled ''The Mark Tom And Patrick Show'' via Asian Man Records. On April 28, 2015, Jade Tree released a song titled "Bench" from Spraynard's then upcoming third full-length studio album. Lame-O Records
Lame-O Records is an independent record label based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Founded by Eric Osman to release Modern Baseball's ''Sports'', the label has been hailed as one of Philadelphia's best indie labels. History Lame-O Records was founded in 2012 by Eric Osman, manager of the band Modern Baseball, to release the band's debut LP ''Sports''. Osman funded the 300-copy pressing with savings earned working at coffee shops. Though ''Sports'' earned the label no profit, it quickly sold out and has subsequently been repressed four times. The label was not originally supposed to continue beyond ''Sports'', but Osman decided to take advantage of the opportunities afforded by the success of the first album. Jade Tree International, Inc. is an independent record label formed by Darren Walters and Tim Owen in 1990 in Wilmington, Delaware. History Origin (1987–1990) In 1987, Tim Owen and Darren Walters were introduced during a punk show in Washington, D.C. At the time, Walters was a student at the University of Delaware where he had already independently released records on his label, Hi-Impact Records. To further these musical pursuits, Darren teamed up with Rochester Institute of Technology student Tim Owen, and his friend Carl Hedgepath. Together, they created their own label, Axtion Packed Records. Both Axtion Packed and Hi-Impact focused on straight edge hardcore and produced vinyl records in 45 format. Captain, We're Sinking is an American punk band from Scranton, Pennsylvania. They released three full-length albums. Singer Bobby Barnett is the brother of Greg Barnett who is one of the two singers in The Menzingers. Former drummer Mike May, formerly of Tigers Jaw, is the brother of The Menzingers' second singer Tom May. Leo Vergnetti, Bobby Barnett, Greg Barnett, Mike May, and Adam McIlwee, formerly of Tigers Jaw, had membership of the former ska punk band Kos-Mos of Scranton, Pennsylvania. Skate punk (also known as skatecore and skate rock) is a skater subculture and punk rock subgenre that developed in the 1980s. Originally a form of hardcore punk that had been closely associated with skate culture, skate punk evolved into a more melodic genre of punk rock in the 1990s similar to pop punk. Joyce Manor is an American punk rock band from Torrance, California, formed in 2008. The band consists of lead vocalist/guitarist Barry Johnson, guitarist Chase Knobbe, and bassist/backing vocalist Matt Ebert. Since their formation, the band have released six studio albums – the most recent of which, '' 40 oz. to Fresno'', was released in June 2022. The band's sound is a mix of power pop, pop punk and emo, with ''Pitchfork'' describing the band as writers of "very short songs and spiked alt-rock melodies with day-drunk surrealism, like a SoCal Guided By Voices that exclusively drank alcopops."
