Spock Amok
The first season of the American television series ''Star Trek: Strange New Worlds'' follows Captain Christopher Pike (Star Trek), Christopher Pike and the crew of the starship ''USS Enterprise (NCC-1701), Enterprise'' in the 23rd century as they explore new worlds and carry out missions during the decade before ''Star Trek: The Original Series'' (1966–1969). The season was produced by CBS Studios in association with Secret Hideout, Weed Road Pictures, H M R X Productions, and Roddenberry Entertainment, with Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers as showrunners. Anson Mount, Ethan Peck, and Rebecca Romijn respectively star as Pike, Spock, and Number One (Star Trek), Number One, along with Jess Bush, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia, Babs Olusanmokun, and Bruce Horak. Akiva Goldsman (born July 7, 1962) is an American screenwriter, producer, and director. Goldsman's filmography as a screenwriter includes ''The Client (1994 film), The Client''; ''Batman Forever'' and its sequel ''Batman & Robin (film), Batman & Robin''; ''I, Robot (film), I, Robot''; ''I Am Legend (film), I Am Legend''; ''Cinderella Man'', and numerous rewrites that are both credited and uncredited. He also wrote more than a dozen episodes for the science fiction television series ''Fringe (TV series), Fringe''.
