''Splinters from an Ever-Changing Face'' is the debut studio album by American hardcore punk/metalcore band End, which was released on June 5, 2020, through Closed Casket Activities. The album was recorded and produced in the Graphic Nature Audio studio by member Will Putney. Release In early 2020, drummer Andrew McEnaney departed the band, and was replaced by ex-the Dillinger Escape Plan drummer Billy Rymer. On March 26, 2020, the band released the new single, "Pariah", and announced their debut album "Splinters from an Ever-Changing Face" would be released through Closed Casket Activities. O'Brother is an American rock band from Atlanta, Georgia. After releasing their debut EP, ''In Comparison to Me'', in 2006, Aaron Wamack and Tanner Merritt joined the band in 2008. 100 Demons is an American metalcore band from Waterbury, Connecticut. Being fans of tattoos, the band derived their name from a book of traditional Japanese tattoo artwork by Horiyoshi III. The band usually incorporates their agnostic beliefs into their lyrics. After over a decade of playing in the Connecticut hardcore scene, Deathwish Inc. announced the signing of 100 Demons to a record contract in 2003. In a press release the label was quoted as saying "Today's 100 DEMONS encapsulate a viciousness and ravenous intensity that few could achieve." Black metal is an extreme subgenre of heavy metal music. Mathcore
Mathcore is a subgenre of hardcore punk and metalcore influenced by post-hardcore, extreme metal and math rock that developed during the 1990s. Bands in the genre emphasize complex and fluctuant rhythms through the use of irregular time signatures, polymeters, syncopations and tempo changes. Early mathcore lyrics were addressed from a realistic worldview and with a pessimistic, defiant, resentful or sarcastic point of view. Billy Rymer
Billy Rymer (born December 10, 1984) is an American musician, most notable for being the drummer for The Dillinger Escape Plan from 2009 until the band played its final shows in December 2017. Career The Dillinger Escape Plan (2009–2017) Prior to joining The Dillinger Escape Plan, Rymer was the drummer for Long Island-based rock band The Rivalry. After a trial of auditions, guitarist Ben Weinman invited him to Australia to play Soundwave Music Festival, and in early 2009 it was revealed that Rymer would officially replace Gil Sharone as the new drummer. The Dillinger Escape Plan
The Dillinger Escape Plan was an American metalcore band. The band was formed in 1997 in Morris Plains, New Jersey by guitarist Ben Weinman, bassist Adam Doll, vocalist Dimitri Minakakis, and drummer Chris Pennie. The band's use of odd time signatures, polyrhythms and unconventional drum patterns became a staple of their sound, although later albums incorporated more melody, and influences from a range of genres. The band's lineup shifted numerous times throughout its existence; by the time the group dissolved, Weinman was the only remaining founding member.
