Spider-X
"Spider-Man" is the name of several superheroes in the Marvel Universe. The first titular and main protagonist is Peter Parker, created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. Other characters have adopted the alias over the years in the Earth 616 universe such as Ben Reilly and Otto Octavius. There also consists of alternate universe versions of the web-slinger such as May "Mayday" Parker and Miguel O'Hara. Characters named Spider-Man Peter Parker Peter Parker, the Amazing Spider-Man, is the mainstream and original Earth-616 incarnation of the character and appears in almost every piece of Spider-Man related media. Nightcrawler is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with the X-Men. Created by writer Len Wein and artist Dave Cockrum, he debuted in the comic book '' Giant-Size X-Men'' #1 (May 1975). By the time of his creation, there was already another Marvel character with the same name, but with a hyphen (Night-Crawler), which was later changed to Dark-Crawler to avoid confusion. Mort Todd (born Michael Delle-Femine, November 9, 1961) is an American writer and media entrepreneur, best known as an editor-in-chief of '' Cracked'' magazine, and later, Marvel Music. He is owner of Comicfix, a media company that has developed licensed properties. As a writer, artist or editor, Todd has worked at several comic book companies, contributing to characters including Superman and Spider-Man, and to licensed properties such as Barbie and Looney Tunes. His illustrations appear on CD covers, magazines, newspapers, and print advertisements. Midnight is the transition time from one day to the next – the moment when the date changes, on the local official clock time for any particular jurisdiction.
