Spider-Man Noir
Spider-Man Noir (Peter Parker), often referred to as Spider-Noir, Spider-Man, or simply Noir, is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Part of the Marvel Noir universe (Earth-90214), this alternate version of Spider-Man is a noir-themed take on the character and emerges in a version of New York during the Great Depression. While investigating a smuggling ring, Peter Parker is bitten by what seems to be a highly venomous spider housed inside a spider-god idol. Falling unconscious, Parker has a vision of the spider-god promising him power. He then awakes inside a cocoon and emerges from it, now possessing super-human abilities similar to a spider. As the feared vigilante "the Spider-Man," Parker wages a one-man war against the criminal underworld in New York City, partly to avenge the death of his uncle Ben Parker at the hands of the cannibal Adrian Toomes and his mentor Ben Urich at the hands of the city's major crime lord, Norman Osborn. Patrick Zircher
Patrick Zircher () is an American comic book artist and penciller. Career Zircher's early career as an illustrator began with production of several completed works for '' Villains and Vigilantes'', '' Champions'' and other pen-and-paper role-playing games, as well as work for independent comic book publishers. He illustrated a number of projects for Caliber Comics including ''Dragon Star II'', ''Jason and the Argonauts'' (under the Tome Press banner), and his own creator owned series, ''Samurai 7'' (released under Caliber's Gauntlet imprint). Following this he went on to work largely for Marvel Comics on titles including ''Iron Man'', '' Thunderbolts'' and ''New Warriors''. He also did a considerable amount of work for DC, primarily on ''Nightwing'' and on '' Shadowman'' for Valiant Comics. Adrian Toomes
The Vulture is the alias of several supervillains appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, most of whom are depicted as recurring List of Spider-Man enemies, enemies of the superhero Spider-Man and part of his adversaries composing List of Spider-Man enemies, his rogues gallery, typically using special suits which allow them to fly at vast speeds. The first incarnation of the character, Isidoro Scarlotti, is an Italian scientist and an enemy of the original Human Torch (android), Human Torch and Toro (comics), Toro. Hardboiled (or hard-boiled) fiction is a literary genre that shares some of its characters and settings with crime fiction (especially detective fiction and noir fiction). The genre's typical protagonist is a detective who battles the violence of organized crime that flourished during Prohibition in the United States (1920–1933) and its aftermath, while dealing with a legal system that has become as Political corruption, corrupt as the organized crime itself. ''Spider-Noir'' is an upcoming American television series developed by showrunners Oren Uziel and Steve Lightfoot for MGM+, based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man Noir. The series follows an aging private investigator and superhero in an alternate version of 1930s New York City grappling with his past life. Produced by Sony Pictures Television in association with Lord Miller Productions, Pascal Pictures, and Amazon MGM Studios, it is intended to be part of Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU). Nicolas Cage stars as Spider-Man Noir, after voicing a version of the character in Sony's animated film '' Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse'' (2018), with Lamorne Morris, Brendan Gleeson, Li Jun Li, Abraham Popoola, Jack Huston, and Karen Rodriguez also starring.
