The Spanish Tax Administration Agency (, AEAT), commonly known as Agencia Tributaria, is the revenue service of the Kingdom of Spain. The agency is responsible for the effective application of the national tax and customs systems and for those resources of other Public Administrations and the European Union whose management is entrusted to it by law or agreement. For the investigation, prosecution and repression of contraband and other crimes related to organized crime, drug trafficking or money laundering it counts on a law enforcement agency, the Customs Surveillance Service. Logroño ( , , ) is the capital of the autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain. Located in the north of the Iberian Peninsula, primarily in the right (South) bank of the Ebro River, Logroño has historically been a place of passage, such as the Camino de Santiago. Its borders were disputed between the Iberian kingdoms of Castille, Navarre and Aragon during the Middle Ages. The Council of Ministers () is the main collective decision-making body of the Government of Spain, and it is exclusively composed of the Prime Minister of Spain, Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister of Spain, deputy prime ministers and the ministers (22 as of 2024).
