James Matthew Morgan (born February 5, 1973) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 29A which includes the Northwestern portion of St. Mary's County. Early life and education Morgan was born on February 5, 1973, in La Plata, Maryland. He graduated from Maurice J. McDonough High School in nearby Pomfret, Maryland.
