Outer Comstock is one of the 26 officially recognized neighborhoods of Syracuse, New York. Geography It borders six other Syracuse neighborhoods, with University Hill to the north, Brighton and North Valley to the west, the University Neighborhood and Skytop (Syracuse University's South Campus) to the east, and South Valley to the south.
