Maxwell Alexander Fraser (14 June 1957 – 23 December 2022), better known by his stage name Maxi Jazz, was a British musician, rapper, singer, songwriter and DJ. He was the lead vocalist of British electronic music, electronic band Faithless from 1995 to 2011 and 2015 to 2016. Music career Hip hop beginnings Maxi Jazz was born Maxwell Alexander Fraser on 14 June 1957 in Hackney, London, Hackney, East London, and moved to Brixton, South London when he was a toddler. Jason Rebello
Jason Matthew Rebello (born 29 March 1969) is a British pianist, songwriter, and record producer. Career Rebello was born in Carshalton, Surrey, England. His father's family is from India. Rebello was raised a Catholic in Wandsworth, London. He was classically trained, beginning at the age of 19 at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He emerged in the late 1980s as a jazz pianist influenced by Herbie Hancock and McCoy Tyner. In his early 20s, Rebello recorded three solo albums, beginning with his debut album ''A Clearer View'' (1990), which was produced by Wayne Shorter and led to Rebello appearing on the cover of ''The Wire'' magazine. Comic Relief
Comic Relief is a British charity, founded in 1986 by the comedy scriptwriter Richard Curtis and comedian Sir Lenny Henry in response to the 1983–1985 famine in Ethiopia. The concept of Comic Relief was to get British comedians to make the public laugh, while raising money to help people around the world and in the United Kingdom. A new CEO, Samir Patel, was announced in January 2021. The highlight of Comic Relief's appeal is Red Nose Day, an annual (previously biennial) telethon held in March. As of May 2006, Tiësto is the official worldwide ambassador for the dance4life foundation. dance4life is an initiative originating in the Netherlands designed to increase awareness of HIV and AIDS in secondary school-aged youth. Kofi Annan, then Secretary General of the United Nations said about the song The video for the song is a demonstration of the small world phenomenon, which is an important concept in the widespread transmission of HIV and AIDS. is a Japanese new religions, Japanese new religion led by Minoru Harada since December 2023 based on the teachings of the 13th-century Buddhist priest Nichiren. It claims the largest membership among Nichiren Buddhism, Nichiren Buddhist groups. The organization bases its teachings on Nichiren's interpretation of the ''Lotus Sutra'' and places chanting Namu Myōhō Renge Kyō, Nam Myōhō Renge Kyō at the center of devotional practice. Ayalah Deborah Bentovim (born 30 December 1970), better known by her stage name Sister Bliss, is a British keyboardist, record producer, DJ and songwriter. In the studio, she is best known for her work with Rollo Armstrong as one half of the production duo Rollo & Sister Bliss, and particularly as part of Faithless. Career Faithless Sister Bliss formed Faithless in 1995 with Rollo, Jamie Catto and Maxi Jazz. James David Catto (born 14 August 1968 in London, England) is a British musician, video director, photographer, and script editor. He was a founding member of Faithless, before leaving in 1999 to form 1 Giant Leap. Career Faithless Educated at Arnold House School in St. John's Wood, London, Catto became a founding member of Faithless, and was the one of two vocalists (along with Maxi Jazz), art director and video director of the band. He performed lead vocals on the Top 40 hit "Don't Leave", released in March 1996.
