Sotos Zackheos
Sotos Zackheos (born 1950/51) is a Cypriot former ambassador and permanent secretary at the foreign ministry. Sotos Zackheos has bachelor's degrees in Law, and in Economics and Political Sciences, from the University of Athens and a master's degree in Political Science. Zackheos is a member of the board of directors of RCB Bank, formerly known as Russian Commercial Bank (Cyprus). RCB Bank (formerly Russian Commercial Bank) is an international bank founded in 1995 and headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. Background In 1963, the London branch of the Russian Moscow Narodny Bank established a branch in Beirut for foreign trade and export support from the Soviet Union, USSR to Middle Eastern countries.
