Sophie Charlene Akland Monk (born 14 December 1979) is a British-born Australian singer, actress, television personality, and model. She was a member of the Pop music, pop girl group Bardot (Australian band), Bardot, winners of the first season of ''Popstars#Popstars_around_the_world, Popstars Australia'' in 2000. After the group disbanded in 2002, Monk released her debut solo studio album, ''Calendar Girl (Sophie Monk album), Calendar Girl'' (2003).
